Spiral Binding at Top, printing front and back

i want to develop a pocket guide, that is bound at the top of the page.
The pages are printed back to back and you flip the pages over to vie
the next page. How do i seet up for this type of printing

This will be a setting in your printer Properties. How it is worded will
depend on the printer, but what you want, assuming the pages are portrait,
is to flip on the short edge rather than the long, or choose "tablet" as
opposed to "book."
