Joann is right! Spiral Bound Notebook motif is a GRAPHIC!
1. Search Bing or Google, click Images. Look for a spiral bound image. Right
click the image to save it.
2. Open Outlook, and then create a custom stationary for yourself!
In Outlook go: Tools, Options, and Mail Format. Then select the Stationary
Picker. Create a new stationary, add your graphic! Choose 'blank', then add a
picture (the one you just copied from the web), then say OKAY!
Now that photo is your background...OH, if it doesn't default to that when
you create a new email, go back into the "Options" menu and tell it to use
that NEW stationary (whatever you named it) for all emails!
