Spiral-Bound Notebook Control?

My boss wants an access form with pages that look like a
spiral-bound notebook so he can leaf through them. He also
wants the sound of a page flipping when he clicks on a page
(THAT, I can do!) Is there a "spiral-bound" control I can use
or will I have to scan in the image of a notebook and put text
controls on that? I know it's nuts but, hey, he's the boss.

Sorry I don't have an answer for you. It does remind me of a Lotus
application I used about 15 years ago, but I can't remember its name.

You may explore doing some animation with graphics.
