Spiral in Visio

Is there an easy way (or any realistic way at all) to draw a spiral in
Visio? If you can imagine a long strip of metal curled up tightly into a
spiral, that is what I want to draw.

Some of you may have guessed: I'm drawing a clock spring inside a barrel.
