How do I make a spiral in visio 2003? Is there a template
for it? I can not find it although I have apparently used
spirals in previous versions.

Anne, I posted a utility to this newsgroup today. Have a look. There's a
link to a file with some macro code that will build you a spiral. Visio has
no built-in tool per se, but with a little code, you can make Visio do
anything.

You can download the file and simply enter a "number of loops" value to get
your spirals. No need to actually look at the code : )
