Splash Screen

I have seen splash screens before but I do not remember
how to do it. My Access Bible has them mentioned but does
not explain it either. Can someone please help me to
remember how to do this?

An alternative to this is to create a tiny bitmap (with nothing on it) and
name it the same as your database. Put that bitmap in the same folder as
your application. This will suppress the Access splash screen.

Then you create your own custom form and set that as the startup form under
Tools-Startup-Display form. Using the Timer Interval you set that form to
display for a certain amount of time and then have it close automatically
and open up a main switchboard-type form.
