Split and freeze screen?

Can MS consider adding a split screen and a freeze screen features into
Project, just like what we have in Excel?

Currently there is a split screen feature but I want to look at the Gantt
Chart view in "both" screens but at different tasks.

Try Window > New Window, select Gantt chart. Window > Arrange all.
