Split multi-day events

Does anyone know how to send a multi-day appointment/meeting request/event
that is split into two or more pieces? So Day 1 of the event is Monday; Day
2 is on Wednesday?

Would not that be 2 seperate items? "Event Day 1 8am-4pm" and "Event Day
2 8am-4pm"

One of our divisions is running a series of split multi-day events and I'm
looking for the best way to get the event calendaring information into the
delegates calendar. The example I gave was quite trivial but we have some
events that have five days - would they need to send out five seperate
emails for each of the days?

I guess I was just hoping it was possible to send multiple items in a single
email...

Not that I need to write the emails or attend any of the courses so an
inability to do so will not actually affect me - just thought it might be
easier on them!

Depending on the timing of the events(same time each day that applies),
you could do a weekly "recurrence", and get it in one posting.

Sure. Make the two events, save them as ICS files, then attach the two
items to a message you send.

This might work better as a recurring event that ends after five days.
