Dear all,
I use MS Project 2003 SP 2 Standard.
I try to do the most simple planning.
One resource, who does some tasks, one after another.
So I entered it.
30% admin work over the entire time
70% work for the tasks.
So I entered admin time and assigned the resource for 30%.
Then I entered the tasks, all fixed work, and entered
the tasks, entered the resource and the work effort.
So 7 days for one task one mean a 10 day duration.
So far so good. But suddenly MSP splits up tasks,
which I haven't seen before.
What do I do wrong? Why is MSP doing it?
And how can I avoid it?
Regards
Kay
