Split tables

Hi there
I have imported an Excel sheet, which is sectioned using square-braketed headers []. I want to break this into separate tables for each [] so each section will have it's own table
Is there any way to do this? And is so, can it be coded so I can run this automatically
I am running Access 97, although I hope to be using 2003 soon

If the information in each section is in the same format, you'll most likely
be far better off leaving it in a single table. You can add a field to
indicate which section the data is associated with.
