Split two smtp address

John

Hi,

I have two e-mail address's set up under one account i.e prmary
(e-mail address removed) and secondary (e-mail address removed), they are not separate as such
and are both on the same users profile. What i want to do is have mails from
the sales@ to go to a sperate outlook folder, i have tried to do this through
rules but a mail sent to the secondary address always come through with the
primary address on it so outlook rules cannot differentiate between the two.

Sorry made this as clear as possible any ideas? or do i have to set the
sales@ address as a separate account and forward to John@!

Are both address' email in the same POP3 mailbox? If so, what sort of rule
were you using to move the mail?

Both on the same user account on MSexchange server, tried to use the rule: If
sales@ is in the recipent line to send to folder

Hmmmm, try the rule option that looks for text in the header, if that works
in your situation
