Splitting Database

I work in an office with a network of 3 work stations. I have designed a
database that works well for our office for a year. Now it's time to split.
This is my 1st job as a database administrator. I really just invented my
job, because before this, they didn't have a database at all. Paper files
drive me crazy, so I designed this database. Now, I have to take care of it.

I successfully split a dummy database and had it on all 3 computers running
at the same time, but I'm still not sure of what I'm doing. Could you supply
me with links on helpful information on this subject? Also, are there any
online courses for Access database administration?

I'm not aware of any (but then I don't really feel there's such as thing as
"Access database administration", since Access is a file-based DBMS, not a
server-based one)
