Splitting row across pages, bug

C

curious

Hello:

As I understand it, Word has a bug at least through 2000 --
if you allow rows to split across pages, you sometimes
get a line of text printing on both pages, even though
it's only once onscreen.

Is there a fix for this? Is it a printer driver issue?
Can a compatibility option be set? etc.

I previously thought it only affected bordered tables --
then saw a problem in a non-bordered table too.

Thanks in advance.

I would think this might be a printer driver issue. The only time I've
encountered anything like this, the problem was with the display only, not
printing, and it was in a corrupted document.

In Word, how do you format a table, so a row from one page do not spill over into another page

You have asked the same question four times. I have answered it once. Once
should be enough.
