spool 32 error

Help. I've been getting a spool 32 error sometimes when I
try to print. It doesn't seem to matter if anything else
is open or not. The last time the only thing open was the
2 page doc I was working on. We have win 98 and Word
2000. We upgraded the memory in the computer to 256 M.
We've even bought a new printer. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

Hi Teresa,

If the error occurs when you print the first item to rule out is a
corrupt printer driver. Obtain an updated driver from the
manufacturer's web site and see if that resolves it
