Spooler Error 0x800A0CC1 when publishing new assingments

I am getting a 0x800A0CC1 spooler error when I publish and changed
Assignments I have checked the c:/program files/microsoft project
2003/bin/viedrop folder and permissions appear to be set on that folder ok.
There are no pending files in the view drop folder yet I still am getting the
spooler error.
I am not getting any event viewer errors in association with this.
Any idea's on how to fix ?

Usually the permissions do not allow project managers to create accounts
when saving/publishing projects. If you have a resource that is defined as
local, Server will still try to create an account, which will trigger a
Spooler Error.

Thanks for the reply. It appears that in this case I didn't have the sql
update for project server service pack 1 installed correctly. Once this was
installed the spooler error disapeared.

Can you give me any advice on the Sql install? I think I have done it
correctly but it didn't fix anything.
