Spooler Error(HELP!!!!)

Dear all,
I get this error when i try to publish my project "The manager cannot
create the resource account(0x8c040017)".My head gone nuts over this cause
some of my resource can't see their task.I did get resource from resource
pool and also company directory.Could it be the reason?

The error indicates that you have a local (non-enterprise) resource as a
