Spooler error on publishing post service pack one installation

Any advice please

We have installed service pack one on the project server 2003 and have
rolled out the project pro service pack to some users. We are using
timesheeting to report actual work

Subsequent to the installation of the service pack all project
managers have had a spooler error on updating of actuals and saving
the plan the error is preventing us from republishing the plan and
therefore is not coming through to the OLAP for portfolio analyser.

The error message is
Message Type Error
Publish New and changed assignements 0x800A0CC1


The other information just refers to the plan date and project
manager.

We have recieved this message on all project plans, so it is not user
specific.

Is this a multi-server environment? If so, there are some manual steps that
must be taken during the implementation of the service pack.

In order to do that, I'd need to cut and paste them from the documentation
that comes with the Service Pack.
