Spooler error The Windows user account or user name for the affect

The Windows user account or user name for the affected user account conflicts
with an existing account on the server (0x8C04000D)

One project is getting this message for anyone who tries to update and save
the project.

The resource is listed in the Team Resources and is an active user.

In PWA he is listed with Windows Authentication.

All the other projects where he is a resource are fine.

Any ideas?
