Spooler - Sysadmin Info

Hi All,

Is there general user and sysadmin doco available for the spooler? How does
one clear errors which will not "undo" or "retry" successfully. Where are
updates physically stored when they show up as spooler errors? Is it possible
to obtain more information about a particular errored update?
