Spot color separations

I am trying to print a Publisher 2003 file on Windows 2000. The file is set
to print spot colors. I am printing to file in order to download into my
imagesetter rip. The end result is, only the text shows up; text boxes,
autoshapes, and lines with spot colors do not print. Any suggestions?
