Spreadsheet ASP.NET

Im a absolut newbe in owc.
i need to have a spreadsheet control to show and manipulate data in a
asp.net website.
now i tried to add the reference of owc 11 and put the spreadsheet as
control to my toolbar. but the control is disabled and i cant put it to the
page. whats wrong or is it impossible to use owc in this way?
