Spreadsheet showing no data

I'm using OWC9 Spreadsheet in my intranet .NET application and populating the
data using javascript on the client side. One of my co-workers cannot see
the data from his machine, but when he goes to another machine, he can see
them. I checked the following already:
1. He has javascript scripting enabled.
2. IE version 6.0
3. OWC 9.0 (he has Office 2000 on his machine). He sent me a printscreen,
and it just shows the Excel spreadsheet without any data in it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

maybe the DLL is not registered in his machine? I think it is MSOWC.DLL.
