Spreadsheet will not open - "data is delimited"

I use a particular spreadsheet everyday. Now, this one particular file
gives me this message when I try to open it. Regardless of the options
it presents to correct the error, the information is garbled. Is there
any way to extract this infromation or save my information? I've tried
renaming it, copying it to another computer etc., but zero luck.

What does the error message say? Is it possible for you to send the file to

Thank you replying. When I attempt to open the file, a "wizard" menu
comes up stating the information on the spreadsheet has been determined
to be "delimited". Then it proceeds to guide me through various steps
to correct the issue. Neither option the wizard provides corrects the
information, I just see random junk. I called Microsoft and emailed
them a copy of it, they worked on it, and basically told me the
information was not able to be saved. If you would like to take a
look, I would be more than happy to send it to you. I'm not exaclty
sure how to do that on this news group. Please send your email address
