Spreadsheet works on PC but not on Excel for Mac

I have used a company expense report one page spreadsheet on a PC and
it prints fine. When I print it on the Mac equipped with the latest
Office for Mac (2004) the data does not line up with the columns and
the last column partially prints right of the cells. I think the
problem is with the right margin but I am unable to adjust it. The
formatting pallette is also not active. Is the document/form somehow
locked? How can I tell?
I am trying to travel with my Mac but must be able to use this
document. Thanks.

The document is probably locked. You can tell by trying to enter something
in a cell you do not normally change, like a field description. If it is
locked you'll get a message. And, if it is locked, you won't be able to
change column widths, or fonts until it is unlocked.
