"Spy" on employee

I have an employee that is e-mailing ALL day, but deletes all folder content
so I can't see if it is personal or business. At one time, I sent copies of
her mail to her supervisor, but when we added the new SBS, it got wiped out.
Her super thinks it's time to do it again. Can anyone help??

Ask in the newsgroup for your mail server. Monitoring is done at server
level and not at client level.

I assume this is an Exchange mailbox since you're running SBS? If you want
to capture *both* sent and recieved items, you can utilize Exchange
journaling, which will capture all messages flowing through your message
store. Just do a search for "Exchange journaling" in your favorite search
engine and you'll find plenty of helpful articles.
