Yes / no. We have never tested BCM 2007 with SQL Server 2008. It
probably
should work as Luther has stated, but I cannot make any guarentee to you
that
your daily operations will not get interrupted.
Before doing anything, please backup or export all of your data to be
safe.
Tweaks / security and permission changes are almost certainly a
requirement
on your side if you decide to make the move.

Technically it should work - BCM tends to use simple SQL which doesn't
change between sql releases.
However, Sql keeps uping the security, so you may need to tweak the
database's security settings after upgrading.
