In researching a way to improve data access through our
network, I'm thinking about changing from mdb to adp.
Before I do that, I'm reading and testing to make sure I
dont do anything wrong. I downloaded SQL Books online
(36MB file) from Microsoft. Thing is that Books Online
point to many examples that were not installed. I
followed the readme instructions and I cant find a
reference to a different download for the example files.
I only have MSDE and that came with office XP. Do I need
to have SQL Server in order to have the full installation
of Books Online (the example files) or am I missing
something?
