SQL CALs and PWA CALs

We are installing Project Serve 2007 with SQL2005.
All in one machine.

We have 50 PWA Licenses. For SQL licenses we can either buy PROCESSOR
License which will give access to unlimited users or we can buy SQL CALs.

But when I think we already have PWA CALs do we still need SQL CALs ?

or should we just get ONE SQL LICENSE For Project Server accessing SQL
Database.
