So this is what I'm getting for an error using Professional:

[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Cannot insert duplicate key
row in object 'MSP_TASKS' with unique index 'I_MSP_TASKS'.

Can anyone help with this problem?
