SQL Password

I am having trouble when I attempt to change the SQL Password that
Sharepoint is using to access the SQL 2000 database. I have changed
the account password that Sharepoint is using. Then then go into the
Sharepoint Configuration and change the password on the two different
locations to the new password. After doing this, I reset IIS. When
I attempt to open the sharepoint site, I get an error stating that it
cannot connect to the SQL Database. I change everything back to the
original password, and everything works fine. What am I missing here?

Mark,

I don't remember the exact steps but, change the password for both WSSConfig
& Sharepoint databases.

Use PSComPlus.exe to change Sharepoint Identity passowrd
"....\Program Files\Microsoft Office Project Server
2003\BIN\1033\PSComPlus.exe"
