Sql Server 2005 Extended properties

I'm using Visio EA 2005 -- I was wondering if any of you have been able to
load extended properties into the column's "Notes" section for Visio?

It use to be in Sql Server 2000 in the "Description" of a column (in the
designer), the text would be imported into the "notes" of the Database
Properties in Visio.

I can't seem to get that to work in Visio EA 2005 -- anyone know how this
can be done?

It works in my 2003 version. I just dont know how to get those notes top
appear the way Custom Properties do when I save the diagram as HTML.
