SQL Server 5.0 Express and VISTA

Hi,
Is it possible to make SQL Server 5.0 Express to work with Windows Vista and
an Access 2007 project ? For me it is merely a nightmare. I spend the whole
day to try. I was not able to connect. Now I can connect but can't modify any
data in the database. Thanks
