SQL View and forms

Hi, I hope someone can help me.

I vave a SQL2k View which lists chosen contents from several tables.
I would like to use a ACCxp form to choose a SALESMAN_NAME (which is keyed
with SALESMAN_ID) and a period of time (from DDMMYY to DDMMYY) to trigger a
report. The latter has the information from the same View list...
