SQL View Shows Different Data In Access

Hi.

I have a SQL View that shows expected values in SQL Server Management Studio
(v2008) AND in Excel (v2007), but in Access (v2007) a few of the rows show
different values (when there are two records for a customer that have
different purchase dates and different number of licenses, the most recent
transaction is shown twice rather than the two records)

I am opening the linked view directly in Access, just like a table. I have
deleted and re-linked the table.

The confusing part is that the data is also correct in Excel.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

When you create the link are you prompted to select fields for a unique
index? If you get that wrong you can get the effect you are seeing. You
can also get that if any of the fields used for the unique index are of a
DataType that has no Access equivelant.
