I'm noticing that certain text characters at the ends of lines inside
Visio flowchart shapes appear far too tightly spaced (horizontally) when
the drawing is special-pasted into Word as a picture or enhanced
metafile. The effect is most severe when the line ends in a closing
parenthesis or square bracket. Is this a known issue? If so, is there
a workaround (other than inserting a space, which then seems to become
compressed enough to create appropriate spacing)?
I'm using Visio 2003 Pro and Word 2000 under WinXP, gobs of RAM. Tried
different fonts, but the effect seems unchanged; am using Arial Narrow
for this project. TIA.
