Hi Scott,
Call the OEM and request the installation CDs. They should have
provided them to you.
If they refuse then you could try contacting the Microsoft Replacement
and Supplemental Parts Department at (800) 360-7561 and explain that
the OEM refuses to provide you with the CDs. I know they will issue a
new CD key in these situations and they may help out with the CDs as
well. I'm not sure though.
