SR 1a for Office 2000

How does one obtain full control privileges in the system
group of Everyone group when trying to install the SR 1a
patch for Office 2000?

I'm running XP Home and I am looking for specific answers
for solving eroor 1303.

You will need to logon as a administrator. Error code 1303 means you have
insufficient rights to access a directory.
