SR3 update for Office 2000

I have tried to update Office 2000 with SR3. I was
successful in updating Office 2K with Sr1A. When I try to
update Office 2K with SR3, I get a message stating that it
cannot find Config.msi\PTC000.tmp.

Any ideas?
