SSL and Confirmation Page

I recently purchased an SSL certificate and converted my entire website
(www.databreachdefender.com) to https. All of the pages on the site are
based on a FP Dynamic Web Template, so they have the same image on top and
same graphical link bar on the left. All the pages show up fine in https,
with the exception of the form confirmation page.

When customers click Order Now, they fill out a form containing sensitive
personal information. The web site then shows a confirmation form (on
https), to allow them to edit their information, before proceeding with the
purchase. The problem is the confirmation page does not have the image on
top or the graphical link bar on the left. If I right click on the top or
left, it shows the link to the image is in http instead of https.

How can I fix this in Front Page?

Thanks very much,
Rick

That worked for the image at the top. However, I can't figure out how to
change the graphical link bar based on the navigation structure. There is no
code identifying the image source (src=). It just says <td
msopnltype="NavBody" .... >
