SSL and Frontpage

I'm having a problem contecting to my website using ssl,
my site https://64.221.78.xxx:443. I receive message that
ssl may not be supported. I can hit this site from the
internet and i have taken ssl off IIS and connected fine.
I have created my own certificate and used a trial
certificate from another agency still same problem.

Is there a reason that you need to connect to your site in FP via SSL?
