I have Outlook XP, and I recently migrated to a SSL SMTP and POP3 provider.
However, when retrieving and sending mail - I am periodically presented with
a dialog box wanting me to log in. Despite any input (right, wrong...) it
re-presents it immediately when I press OK. However, if I cancel it - the
process completes without error.
I am also presented with a dialog box EVERY time I retrieve mail from the
server that the certificate is not from a trusted source - but the CA is
CACert.org (I have their key installed in the trusted root repository) which
provided the server with it's certificates. Is there any way to make BOTH of
these problems go away, and for Outlook to act normal again?
