SSP Error with Project Server after PW change

Good morning, we recently changed PW in our T&V environment and began to
receive the following Event ID 7882.

Unable to start service process. SSP: 30307ec4-99b9-4dfd-b2fb-2f84e57b5511
Service: pjevtsvc

Unable to start service process. SSP: 30307ec4-99b9-4dfd-b2fb-2f84e57b5511
Service: ProjectQueueService

All of the services are running and we have since installed the WSS 3.0 and
Sharepoint Server SP1, and again, it shows all services are running, but the
App Log is recording this error every minute for 2 seconds. Any ideas?

Does the Account under which the SSP run under have access to the Internet ?
After applying SP1, the services needs to pull down a certificate from
Microsoft. Once downloaded you can revoke WWW access.

Are you running Project Server in a Farm configuration ? Have you applied
SP1 (WSS & Office Server) to all nodes in the farm ?
