St. & Trips won't run after installing Office Professional 2003

Had XP Home Edition 2002. Bought Office Professional 2003
and installed it, but now my Microsoft Streets and Trips
won't run. It says 'corrupt..run setup from where
originally installed it', but nothing I do is working.
What do I need to do? I need S and T.
