staffing schedules

Hi. I am new to newsgroups and the excel newsgroup so I hope this an
appropriate inquiry. I am trying to NOT recreate the wheel. I am
looking for an Excel X worksheet (or steps to begin developing one) for
staffing schedules for 24/7 coverage. Are there any of these out there
that someone would be willing to share? Many thanks. Pam
