Stand Alone Form

I have a large population that I wish to collect information from that will
be used in a medium sized Access database. Most of these people do not, and
will not have Access installed on their PCs. Is it possible to create a form
in Access that they can use without Access being resident? If so, what are
the essential steps that enable it to be used as a "Stand Alone" form?

A form cannot stand alone. You must have either an mdb or mde file and you
must have Access installed. You can distribute an Access application for
users who do not have Access installed, but it required the run time version
of Access. If you are using 2007, you can download it free. For prior
versions, you will have to acquire the develpers tools.
