Stand-alone installation for both Project Server and SharePoint 20

I have a test installation with Project Server 2003, WSS 2.0 and SQL Server
2000(on same server).

I would like upgrade it to SharePoint Portal 2007 and Project Server 2007
keeping them on same server, with SQL Server too. Is it possible ?

I have SQL Server 2000. May it upgrade to SQL Server 2005 or 2008 ?

Which should be the best order for the following steps

- upgrade of WSS to WSS 3.0
- upgrade of SharePoint Portal to 2007
- upgrade of Project Server to 2007
- upgrade of SQL Server to 2005 or 2008 ?
