Hi, my standard toolbar is hidden and even when I click in the toolbar menu, it doesn't show. I did re-install the Word but it still missing. How can I see it again ?

Most importantly keep in mind that re-installing Office is *rarely* a
solution & *never* the first step in resolving a problem. If you haven't
already done so you'll need to reapply *all* updates beginning with 11.3.5
in order to get your software back up-to-date - otherwise you can expect
other problems to arise.

As for the toolbar issue - It's probably just stuck up under the Menu Bar.
You should be able to see its bhottom edge peeking out beneath the menu. If
so, the first thing to try is to simply see if you can grab hold of its left
end & drag it back into position. If that doesn't work, quit any MS programs
then:

Go to your User:Library:preferences:Microsoft folder & remove the following
file:

com.microsoft.Word.prefs.plist

When you launch Word your toolbar should be back where it belongs. However,
you'll most likely have to reset some of your preferences settings.
