I have a report where the Detail section is
3-1/2" wide and 2" high. The report has
2 columns with margins: top 0.5", bot 0.5",
with left and right margins at 3/4" each. The
page setup for the printer is 8-1/2" X 11".

Some of the cards have picture controls
visible and some don't. Whenever I have
a mix, the printing of the detail section does
not adhere to its nominal size. That is, if a
card does not have a image included, the
card below will shift up to where it imposes
on the card above.

How do I get the formatting to space
EXACTLY 2" for each detail section.

I re-checked what I thought were already okay,
but found that the shrink/grow properties were
both set to "Yes" in the Detail section......SIGH!
