Standard milestones when creating project

In Project Server 2007 I would like to force all projects that are created
via either convert from proposal, or "new project" in web or Project Pro to
contain a default set of standard milestones. How can I accomplish this?
Tasks are not stored in the enterprise global.

Is the only choice to add them using code in an event handler?

Why don't you create an enterprise project template for this purpose? It
would meet all of your requirements, except for converting from a Proposal,
but there is no way to create a Proposal from a template anyway. Just a
thought. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the suggestion Dale. However, most, if not all of our projects
will be converted from Proposals, so we'll have to look for another
solution...

HI David,

the only other way to use the proposals and then convert to a project based
on a template is to do this programatically. Project Server consist of the
PSI which is a web service interface that developers can use to develop the
solution that you are after.
