Standard Toolbar VANISHED from Outlook 2003???

Like it says... my Standard Toolbar has disappeared. The option is
checked under View -> Toolbars... if I uncheck/recheck it, nothing
changes... it's like the thing has hidden itself. I can move the
Advanced toolbar and the Menubar around, but the Standard bar never
reappears. Any suggestions on how to get it back???

Frankly, Outlook is driving me nuts - if it wasn't for needing the
Exchange functions for work, I'd kack it for Thunderbird. It locks up
regularly, I can't get it to default to an alternate calendar or
contact list, my Favorite Folders in email regularly re-order
themselves and sometimes simply disappear, and now at the same time
this toolbar has vanished, ALL the old/unused/hidden calendars and
contact lists I've ever had, magically reappeared under My Calendars
and My Contacts.

Close Outlook, search for the outcmd.dat file. This file is hidden so you'll
first have to unhide hidden files and folders in Windows Explorer. Rename the
outcmd.dat file. Open Outlook again. Let me know if that helps.
